Important
Participant Information
Bring a Jacket!
While we do our best to achieve a comfortable temperature in the meeting room,
that is often just not possible. It will either be too cold for some,
or too warm for others. And depending on weather conditions, the hotel's
system may not be working at its best. Please bring a sweater,
sweatshirt, jacket or some other extra article of clothing.
Lunch is on Your Own
While we do provide a continental breakfast and beverages in the afternoon,
we've found most people prefer the flexibility of having lunch on their own.
Meeting Someone for Lunch?
Please see our daily schedule (below) if you're planning on meeting anyone during
your day. And let your seminar leader know of your timing needs.
Daily Schedule
If you're wondering when the breaks or lunch will be, here is the
typical
daily schedule.
Video or Audio Taping the Seminar
During every seminar we encourage participants to freely discuss their own
situations. Taping would inhibit this important part of the program.
In addition, the workshop is copyrighted by the presenter. Therefore, please do not
record the
session.
Accessibility
We make every effort to see that our venues are accessible. However,
please give us advanced notice of
your special needs to help us serve you.
Attire
Our seminars are casual and enjoyable. Business casual is just
fine. Wear a tie at your own risk.
Cancellation Policy
We're actually pretty flexible. Here is our
policy.
Lodging
Arranging for lodging is on your own. Since most of our participants
are local, we generally don't make any special arrangements.
Certificates of Participation
At the end of every seminar, you'll receive a certificate of participation.
Schedule Subject to Change
All seminar dates and times
are subject to change.
Other Questions
We are anxious to meet your needs. If you have specific
questions that you're hoping to get answered at the seminar, please contact
us.
