Cancellation Policy
Hey, we're easy! We
know about your schedule, and we know about last minute emergencies. So we're very flexible.
Until we've contacted you
and confirmed your reservation (approximately 3 to 4 weeks prior to the
event), you have only made a reservation - you have NOT made a
commitment.
After you confirm the
reservation, if you cancel for any reason
up to 48 hours before the seminar, there is no cancellation fee, and
you'll receive a full refund (or credit towards a future seminar of your
choice). If you cancel later than that, you'll receive a full
credit towards a future seminar of your choice. And there STILL
isn't a cancellation fee.
And of course, substitutions
are always OK.
